Expanding Maintenance & Response with MIES Facilities Management
Following the success of our work supporting major, multi-site operators, andwis Maintenance & Response has welcomed MIES Facilities Management to the Group.
MIES is a specialist compliance company delivering maintenance and response services to over 270 retail sites nationwide, while also supporting the leisure, education, and block-managed sectors. In total, MIES manages compliance across 1,357 sites throughout England, Wales, and Scotland, bringing true national scale and proven expertise.
Their capabilities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire, security, doors, and access align seamlessly with andwis Maintenance & Response, enabling us to further enhance our technical services for customers operating large, distributed estates.

Strengthening Environmental Services with Water Hygiene Services Group Limited
Alongside our growth in Maintenance & Response, we are also pleased to announce that South Staffordshire Plc’s water hygiene business has joined andwis Environmental Services.
The business will operate under IWS Water Hygiene and, upon joining the Group, will continue as Water Hygiene Services Group Limited (WHSG). This addition significantly strengthens our water hygiene capabilities, particularly for high-risk, multi-site estates operating nationwide.
WHSG will form part of the water compliance services delivered by Group company Rock Compliance, complementing our existing water, air, and asbestos expertise and creating a more connected, comprehensive environmental compliance offering.
Equal in scale, service disciplines, and national infrastructure, WHSG brings a highly experienced team with a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and customer service. The WHSG team will work seamlessly alongside Rock Compliance to deliver consistent, best-in-class outcomes for customers.
