Swaffham Prior, Energy Centre

CPS designed and prefabricated the energy centre for Bouygues Energy Services that serves renewable energy to the village of Swaffham Prior

This first of its kind in the UK project deploys an entirely renewable energy solution for the village from solar powered electrical generation to ground source heating which then serves the village through a network of pre-insulated pipework around the village.

Solutions

CPS worked with Bouygues Energy Services from initial concept stage, engaging our design team to deveop a scheme in consultation with a broad stakeholder group. The scale of this project is one of a kind with use of 4No 50,000ltr storage vessels which store heated water for use in the village.
